SUPERIOR RESULTS
Although installation can be done rather quickly, quality is our #1 priority. Our professional installation crew takes their time to ensure a quality installation of your new synthetic lawn. The first step is to clear and prep the area for installation. This includes removing existing lawns, weeds, brush and capping of existing irrigation if necessary. Then the existing soil is compacted, followed by the installation of a 3″- 5″ sub-base of crushed rock & decomposed granite. This sub-base layer is also compacted to create a firm stable base. The sub-base and perforated turf backing allow for increased drainage performance when compared with natural sod/grass. Turf is then cut to size, secured by 6″ nails with edges tucked (similar to how carpet is installed.) The entire area is then power groomed and DURAFILL infill is applied. Usually 1 -3 lbs. per sqft.
We DO NOT USE sand or crumb rubber infills .

- Turf secured by 6” Nails along perimeter; Edges tucked.
- Power-Grooming and infill top dressing throughout turf area.
- Post installation clean-up.
